Fire forces 90,000 to evacuate in Reno area
Wildfires racing toward Reno have left roughly 90,000 residents scrambling to leave. The blaze, gasping through 10,500 acres, has already wounded six people, including firefighters.
Governor Joe Lombardo declared a state of emergency and called in the Nevada National Guard as the chaos spreads.
Two emergency shelters opened for evacuees, while schools stay shut for the coming week.
