US President Donald Trump said the U.S. pulled its bombers from RAF Fairford after a “threat” was identified.

The Pentagon confirmed that about a dozen B‑1 bombers were moved back to U.S. bases.

The move followed a September incident where police were alerted to suspicious vehicles near the airbase and a group of men were arrested and later released on bail.

Trump and Vice President Vance tied the decision to a “caution” stance, hinting at Iran’s 49‑year record of “terrorism” against the U.S. and other countries.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the decision was unrelated to the incident, emphasizing routine movements of U.S. assets.
