Taylor Swift is making headlines for all the wrong reasons as she finds herself unexpectedly involved in a legal dispute between her close friend Blake Lively and actor Justin Baldoni. The pop sensation’s management has raced to her defense after she was summoned to court, accused of influencing script changes for the film *It Ends With Us*, amidst a sexual harassment lawsuit involving Lively and Baldoni.

Lively claims Baldoni harassed her and is counter-sued by Baldoni for civil extortion and defamation. Swift's team argues that the subpoenas concerning her alleged influence serve only to create "tabloid clickbait," rather than address the serious issues at hand.

The drama started when Baldoni stated that during 2023 script discussions at Lively's home, Swift and her husband Ryan Reynolds were present. Lively’s playful text about being the “Khaleesi” in charge didn't sit well with Baldoni, but he responded positively to her changes, complimenting her talent.

In a twist of fate, Isabela Ferrer, who portrayed a younger version of Lively's character, also claimed Swift assisted during her audition process. However, Swift's reps clarified that her only contribution was allowing her song "My Tears Ricochet" in the film and emphasized that she had no hand in casting or creative decisions.

With Swift not even seeing the film until weeks post-release, her team is adamant that the legal summons is merely a stunt to draw attention away from the drama and back to the facts of a troubling case.
