In brief
In a daring move, Ukrainian intelligence has attempted to sabotage Russian drone operators by concealing bombs in goggles meant for their military. Inspired by Israeli tactics, this ongoing operation highlights the escalating spy conflict between the two nations.
Ukrainian intelligence recently confirmed their plan to donate modified drone goggles to Russian troops, disguising them as humanitarian aid to trigger explosions. While the Russian media noted the incidents, the overall impact on troops is unclear. Although no casualties were publicly reported, Ukrainian officials hinted at possible but undisclosed injuries among Russian forces. This strategy, part of a broader intelligence war, showcases the lengths both sides will go to assert dominance in the ongoing conflict.
