Russian drone strike kills 15 in Ukrainian mall

The Dnipropetrovsk regional head Oleksandr Hanzha confirmed 15 fatalities, two of whom died later in hospital. Four additional victims were found in separate Russian strikes across Ukraine’s regions, including three children in Mykolaiv and two in Kharkiv.
Ukraine’s military says it has hit Russian oil refineries and airfields, while also targeting Russian online retailer Wildberries warehouses in a crackdown on war financing. Washington, the United Kingdom and other allies continue to support Ukraine amid mounting casualties.
