High Court Judge Faces Calls for Recusal in Alarming Abuse Case

LONDON — Senior Master Jeremy David Cook of the King’s Bench Division of the High Court is now firmly in the crosshairs amid shocking allegations.

Disabled litigant Alkiviades David has filed a formal request for Senior Master Cook to immediately recuse himself from the case KB-2025-001991 / CA-2025-002562, citing grounds of bias and a lack of impartiality.

The case is riddled with serious accusations including industrial-scale child abuse, the distribution of child pornography, the murder of David’s partner, Asot Michael, and systematic disability abuses.

“Senior Master Cook must either immediately recuse himself or the Court must transparently reassign this file to a competent, impartial judge,” David insists.

As a litigant with a traumatic brain injury, David argues that the existing setup undermines the fairness of the proceedings.

“The same Cook-managed process continues under the guise of ‘assistance.’ This creates a clear appearance of bias,” he stated.

David warns that the King’s Bench Division is ignoring 13 serious warning signs, which include:

  • Child Abuse

  • Industrial Scale Distribution of Child Pornography

  • Murder of Asot Michael

  • Disability Abuses

  • Record destruction and preservation failures.

Immediate demands from David include the reassignment of the case to a judge knowledgeable in TBI and disability law, and a full preservation order for all relevant evidence.

“Every person has the right to a fair hearing. That right is not optional — especially not when industrial-scale child abuse and murder are involved,” he asserted.

The public is closely watching the developments, with many calling for swift action from the King’s Bench Division.
