In a significant development, Andrew Tate has been released from house arrest by a Romanian court, as confirmed by his spokesperson. Though he is no longer confined to his residence, he is now under judicial control, permitting him to travel within Romania while complying with legal requirements. The 38-year-old influencer, along with brother Tristan, is currently embroiled in serious allegations, including trafficking minors, sexual intercourse with a minor, and money laundering.

Following a second criminal investigation initiated in August, both brothers have strongly denied these accusations. Their spokesman stated, "Andrew Tate and his team remain committed to full cooperation and the pursuit of justice." Previous charges also involved human trafficking and forming an organized group to exploit women, which the Tate siblings continue to refute.

While the brothers' legal battles unfold, they also face extradition requests from the UK, where authorities investigate claims of rape and human trafficking. Moreover, a British court recently ruled that over £2 million ($2.4 million) could be seized from them due to unpaid taxes on £21 million in online business revenue, a decision criticized by Tate as an example of “not justice.”

Known for his controversial and misogynistic views, Tate previously faced bans from several social media platforms. Despite the ongoing scandal, he has gained a substantial online following and has been residing in Romania for several years after his time in the UK.
