The Hong Kong Bird Watching Society hosted its first-ever bird call contest on Saturday, with the aim to promote conservation awareness. The top prize was awarded to Bob Chan for his impressive impression of a Eurasian tree sparrow. Over 580 species of birds have been recorded in Hong Kong, highlighting the rich avian diversity in the region.
