Police say the alleged abuse took place between 2009 and 2025, covering 62 early‑childhood education facilities and a private business. The case involves 136 children and 5 daycare centres.

Charges include 162 counts of producing child‑abuse material, 81 counts of filming a private act without consent, 22 counts of aggravated use of a child under 14, and 18 counts of intent sexual touching of a child under 10.
