A Russian strike has killed at least four people, including three young children, in a town west of Kharkiv, a Ukrainian official says. Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported that two boys, both 1, a two-year-old girl, and a 34-year-old man died after a drone hit a house where they were staying. In the aftermath of the attack on Bohodukhiv, a 35-year-old pregnant woman and another woman, aged 76, sustained injuries. This strike comes as Moscow resumes its onslaught after a brief pause, with strikes intensifying in recent days. Russian forces also targeted the city of Slovyansk, leading to additional casualties, including that of an 11-year-old girl. The Kharkiv region has declared a state of emergency in response to the escalating energy crisis caused by ongoing attacks, which have severely impacted power infrastructure across Ukraine.
