On the beautiful island of Koh Samui, a thrilling jet‑ski adventure went awry.
A 50‑year‑old father and his two sons were caught in a 16‑hour ocean float after their jet‑ski tipped over.
Official Amorn Chomchoey told AFP that the exhausted family had swallowed lots of seawater and looked pale, especially the boys.
They were quickly rescued by local authorities, taken to hospital for checks, and then discharged, showing a relief for everyone.
The incident reminds us that water sports can be risky, and wearing life jackets and staying prepared is crucial for a fun and safe day on the sea.
