Police in Toronto report a second gunshot fired at the U.S. consulate early Monday, marking a troubling repeat of the March incident. A white car without a plate fled the scene, prompting a brief high‑speed chase that was halted for safety. Authorities say the building’s steel‑reinforced walls likely prevented anyone inside from hearing the shot.
