The 12th edition of Gulfood Manufacturing 2026 closed at the Dubai World Trade Centre on November 7, 2026, highlighting how advanced production technologies can reinforce food security by improving productivity, cutting costs and boosting industry resilience.
The exhibition ran alongside three other shows—GulfHost, ISM Middle East and Private Label Middle East—bringing together the entire food production, retail and hospitality value chain, from ingredients and processing to packaging, automation and foodservice equipment.
Mark Napier, Vice President of inD, told reporters that the show “has demonstrated the continued strength of the global food manufacturing industry, with exceptional international attendance and an outstanding calibre of buyers.”
Gulfood Manufacturing 2026 has demonstrated the continued strength of the global food manufacturing industry… What has been particularly encouraging is the level of serious commercial engagement on the show floor, with decision‑makers exploring new production lines, evaluating major equipment investments and progressing real business opportunities.
Napier added that Dubai’s resilience and ability to support global business during economic and geopolitical uncertainty were reflected in the international participation, stressing that food security depends on reliable production, processing, transportation and an integrated network of factories, equipment, ingredients and logistics services.
Staffers at the event showcased technologies designed to raise productivity, preserve product quality, optimise resource consumption and lower operating costs. These solutions aim to help manufacturers build more efficient, future‑ready facilities that can adapt to shifting market demands.
Gulfood Manufacturing will relocate to the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai for its next edition, scheduled for 1 – 3 November 2027.
Industry experts say that integrated, technology‑driven approaches shown at Gulfood Manufacturing 2026 will play a key role in ensuring food supply chains remain robust in the face of future challenges.
