Local police reported the wreckage was found in a nearby wooded area, with two passengers aboard one helicopter and three on the other. The helicopters were registered outside of Finland, and authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision. Finnish and Estonian officials are collaborating on the inquiry.
