Authorities in New Mexico issued an arrest warrant for Timothy Busfield, the Emmy Award-winning director and actor, on Friday, as he faces child sex abuse charges. The accusations state that during the production of the TV series 'The Cleaning Lady,' a child claimed Busfield touched him inappropriately several times. Reports indicate that the abuse took place when the child was 7 and 8 years old, and the incidents were not disclosed until recently. The complaint mentions the child's psychological battles with PTSD and anxiety stemming from the alleged encounters. Busfield is best known for his roles in popular series and films, including 'The West Wing' and 'Field of Dreams.' As of now, neither Busfield's attorney nor agent has responded to requests for comment.
