Double the love! In a church in the southwestern city of Ibadan, two perfect pairings—twins by birth and by marriage—celebrated a joint wedding that left guests thrilled. Tailored to the Yoruba’s famed twin tradition, the ceremony featured bright red outfits and heartfelt vows that underscored the deep cultural pride in twinship.

The Oguntoy brothers, Taiwo and Kehinde, met the twin sisters, Taiwo and Kehinde Adediran while all four were studying at the University of Ibadan. What started as a casual friendship 10 years ago grew into a dream that could only be fulfilled with a joint ceremony. The couples have already welcomed each other into their families, with welcoming smiles and hugs that felt like long‑time friendships.

Twin culture thrives in the area, where the Oguntoy twins are well known for promoting twin heritage through local festivals and tourism. At the wedding, other pairs of twins also arrived, making the day even brighter. The event was a true showcase of how modern romance can honor ancient traditions.

While the couples share similar personalities—quiet yet outgoing—each will live apart, managing their own paths while still celebrating their shared bond. The wedding marks just the beginning of a joyful new chapter for these future generations.
